On May 8, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a celebration of the 160th anniversary of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (IRCRCM). Staff of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, volunteers and students of the university took part in the event. The speakers addressed the history of the organization, its goals and work as part of the ceremony. A small stage performance and a video about the volunteers of the NRCST caused genuine interest of the participants of the event.
