During the event, specialists provided detailed information on the importance of protecting oneself from direct sunlight during the summer season. They also advised the children to use parasols or umbrellas when outdoors, wear hats or sun hats, drink sufficient amounts of clean water, and avoid playing outside for extended periods during the hottest hours of the day.
