17 employees of the Coca-Cola Company received First Aid trainings within the framework of the paid First Aid training courses.
2-day training was held on 10.08 – 11.08.2017 in the training center of NRCST, the trainees were actively involved in practical skills demonstration, during the role play and more importantly the result of the post-test held on the the second day of the training revealed knowledge improvement up to 90%, while the pre-test result was 46%.
       The training participants expressed their satisfaction with the training site, the quality of the training, the content of the training materials, and the thematic videos.
All the goals set were achieved. There is a strong belief that the knowledge gained by the trainees can be applied in a correctly and timely manner. In the end of the training trainees who earned more than 65 points are considered to grasp the training course material and are issued with the certificates of the European standard.
