On february, 2025, a training session for Turkmenistan Red Crescent volunteers was held in Ashgabat, conducted by Myakhri Halliyeva, an employee of the “Ynam” public organization. She told the participants about the problem of human trafficking and how to protect themselves and their loved ones. 20 volunteers from Ashgabat participated in the training, they played out various simulation situations in order to understand how to act in case of a threat. Such events help to raise awareness and readiness of volunteers in emergency situations. This event was very informative and useful for the volunteers. And we hope that the volunteers of the Red Crescent of Turkmenistan will spread this knowledge among their peers.
