In Balkan velayat at Gyzylarbat etrap field training on emergency situations was held. According to the training scenario, a flood occurred. The task for the NRCST and other structures was to provide decent housing to affected people. All conditions for comfortable life created in the temporary residence camp:  registration point and command post, medical center, school and kindergarten, canteen, distribution point for humanitarian aid and other life support points. The Balkan Velayat Red Crescent Society was responsible for providing first aid and shelter. Family tents were equipped with necessary supplies: ​​bedding, sanitary and hygienic kits. At the humanitarian aid distribution, point food and water provided to the participants. The purpose of such exercises is to test a preparedness and readiness of all organizations and institutions to reduce the extent of damage in a real situation.
