November 13-14, 2024 at the co-working center “Ish Nokady”, located in Ashgabat, International Committee of the Red Crescent and the Red Cross conducted a 2-day seminar for the employees of NRCST with the participation of Murotzhan Soliev and Rano Kamalova from the Republic of Tajikistan. Total of 12 people attended the seminar.

Special attention was paid to methods of working with vulnerable groups of society, such as children, the elderly and people with disabilities, taking into account the concepts of ethics and confidentiality in dealing with victims when restoring family relationships disrupted by emergency situations. Participants were introduced with the procedure of sending requests to trace relatives, as well as data management and record keeping in this process. The participants were explained the basics of providing first psychological aid. Professionals were given self-help suggestions to maintain mental stability when working with suffered ones.
