Based on a joint agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the US consulting company QED Group LLC, the US Embassy, the Red Crescent National Society of Turkmenistan, employees, volunteers and enthusiastic young people of the Red Crescent National Society, students of year and school age. The program is implemented to promote quality education in English. In this regard, the Lebap province branch of the Red Crescent National Society of Turkmenistan conducts multi-faceted humanitarian activities and in order to increase the opportunities of children living and studying in the province, in the department's modernly equipped classroom, free English language classes are held in stages for our young people who are eager to learn English in depth.
