Based on a monthly program conducted at the state level, the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, together with the Traffic Management Department of the Main Police Department of Turkmenistan, held a competition "Traffic – young activists". The event was attended by instructors and first aid trainers of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan. The competition consisted of the following stages: cycling, disciplinary formation, cross country and young nurses. At the stage of young nurses, specialists of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan conducted a survey among children. Then the staff of the National Society conducted practical work among children to work out the rules and skills of providing "pre-medical first aid" to injured people. It was very interesting and effective for the children. At the end of the competition, the staff of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan distributed first-aid kits to the participants.
