On the eve of the New Year celebration, employees and volunteers of the National Red Crescent society of Turkmenistan organized an event in the capital's Nursing Home, fulfilling their earlier promise – on the International Day of the Elderly.

The New Year's celebration began with words of greeting and congratulations. Then there were poems and songs. And the volunteers presented a specially prepared drama scene . Of particular interest to the participants of the event was the creation of a New Year's card. The event ended with the traditional joint performance of songs accompanied by a guitar, the playing of which is masterfully mastered by one of the veterans of the Nursing Home.
