Inspired by the meeting held on July 5, 2026, at the Mukams Palace—an event featuring prominent cultural and artistic figures that marked the start of preparations for the grand celebration of the 35th anniversary of glorious independence—the Balkan Velayat branch of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, in partnership with the Velayat Historical and Local Lore Museum, organized an outreach event.
The gathering was held under the inspiring motto: “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – Homeland of Purposeful Heavenly Horses”. During the event, participants held a meaningful discussion highlighting the country's outstanding achievements and expressed their deepest gratitude to our esteemed Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar.
