In honor of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, volunteers of the Alada Youth Center of the Turkmenistan National Red Crescent Society, Balkan Regional Branch, organized and conducted a charity event for the children of the boarding school in the city of Balkanabat.
The purpose of the event was to create an atmosphere of care, support, and joy for children who require special attention. The volunteers thoughtfully prepared an individual program for each child, taking into account their interests and needs.
During the event, various activities were held:
— face painting with bright and positive images;
— board games that develop attention and imagination;
— drawing lessons that allowed the children to express their creativity;
— volleyball and basketball games aimed at strengthening team spirit;
— a dance flash mob that created a festive and unifying atmosphere.
The volunteers gave attention to each child, striving to bring them warmth, smiles, and a festive mood. At the end of the event, all the children received sweet gifts.
A total of 429 children from the boarding school took part in the charity event.
The event became a vivid example of how care, involvement, and kindness can make a celebration truly memorable. The volunteers of the Alada Youth Center will continue their efforts to support children and promote humanitarian values in society.
