On February 18, 2026, the conference hall of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan (NRCST) hosted a formal event titled “Neutrality is Brotherhood – Our Chosen Bright Path,” dedicated to the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan. Organized under the motto of the year 2026, “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — the Land of Swift-Paced Aspirations,” the conference showcased the nation’s peaceful foreign policy and its commitment to international humanitarian cooperation.
During the conference, speakers highlighted the visionary leadership of the Esteemed President and the National Leader in strengthening Turkmenistan’s status of permanent neutrality on the global stage.
