In honor of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, celebrated annually on December 3, the Dashoguz Velayat Branch of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan organized a celebratory event. The celebration was held with the participation of members of the Dashoguz Velayat Branch of the Society of the Deaf and Blind of Turkmenistan. During the event, volunteers from the Zehin Youth Center of the Velayat Branch performed a specially prepared creative program. They presented musical numbers, dance performances, and stage productions, which attracted the attention and generated great interest among the participants. At the end of the celebration, the organizers presented incentive gifts to the participants, adding a special atmosphere to the event and lifting the spirits of those present. The event left a lasting impression on the participants. It became one of the significant events aimed at increasing public attention to people with disabilities and recognizing their role, rights, and opportunities in the life of the country.
