Based on instructions given by the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during the session of the Cabinet of Ministers on October 20, 2015, grant agreement was signed bilaterally between the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan and Embassy of Japan in Turkmenistan on “Vocational education for disabled children by means of building greenhouse in Turkmenabat specialized school” during the official visit of Prime-Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe to Ashgabat on October 22, 2015. National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan is now performing relevant activities on implementation of this project.
