In the year of "International Peace and Trust", the revival of a new era of a sovereign state, the children of the younger generation of Gokdere, Avaza and the regions continue to relax in health centers with even greater joy and excitement. Issues related to ensuring a happy life for children and creating all the necessary conditions for the disclosure of their talents and abilities are at the center of attention of our heroic Fatherland and our esteemed President. Today, the centers, equipped with all the amenities, are becoming places of friendship, sports and health. Various children's competitions acquire a unique meaning and content.

Competitions in fire fighting and sports skills were held among teenagers vacationing in the Chynar children's health center, located in the Gokdere gorge. According to the established conditions and rules, the teenagers demonstrated their firefighting skills in five stages. They competed in running through various obstacles, connecting and disconnecting a fire plug from a water pipe, continuing to run, shooting balls at targets, using fire extinguishing equipment correctly and following the rules for extinguishing an artificial fire.

According to the results of the jury, the first place in the competition was taken by the team of the children's health center "Chynar". The second and third places were taken by the teams of the “Altyn Damja” and “Beyik Serdar Nesilleri” children's health centers, respectively.

The competitions, held in a friendly atmosphere, were jointly organized by the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Education, the Central Council of the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization, the National Trade Union Center, the Voluntary Fire Society, the National Red Crescent Society, the Federation of Practical Fire Sports and the public organization "Young Guardian of Nature".

The organizers awarded the winning teams with diplomas, letters of thanks and memorable gifts.

It should be noted that about 500 children are currently vacationing in the Chynar Children's Health and Wellness Center, where all conditions for modern recreation have been created. The joyful cries of the children are a kind of gratitude to our esteemed President and Hero Arkadag for a happy childhood.

THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES

– Humanity

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, born of a desire to bring assistance
without discrimination to the wounded on the battlefield, endeavours, in its international and
national capacity, to prevent and alleviate human suffering wherever it may be found. Its purpose
is to protect life and health and to ensure respect for the human being. It promotes mutual
understanding, friendship, cooperation and lasting peace amongst all peoples.

– Impartiality

It makes no discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions. It
endeavors to relieve the suffering of individuals, being guided solely by their needs, and to give
priority to the most urgent cases of distress.

– Neutrality

In order to continue to enjoy the confidence of all, the Movement may not take sides in hostilities or
engage at any time in controversies of a political, racial, religious or ideological nature.

– Independence

The Movement is independent. The National Societies, while auxiliaries in the humanitarian services
of their governments and subject to the laws of their respective countries, must always maintain
their autonomy so that they may be able at all times to act in accordance with the principles of the
Movement.

– Voluntary service

It is a voluntary relief movement not prompted in any manner by desire for gain.

– Unity

There can be only one Red Cross or one Red Crescent Society in any one country. It must be open
to all. It must carry on its humanitarian work throughout its territory.

– Universality

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, in which all Societies have equal status
and share equal responsibilities and duties in helping each other, is worldwide.
