Employees and volunteers of the Dashoguz Velayat branch of the NRCST conducted a decade among students of secondary schools in the city on the topic of ES /ND, earthquake. The volunteers told the students about what an emergency and emergency situations are, emergencies for reasons of occurrence are divided into natural emergencies and man-made emergencies. Natural emergencies (natural disasters) include floods, mudflows, hurricanes and earthquakes. Man–made emergencies (man-made disasters) are disasters that have arisen as a result of human activity, such as accidents at industrial enterprises, car accidents. During the lesson they also talked about the signs of earthquakes, during actions during an earthquake, safe zones and actions after an earthquake. The staff of the Velayat branch, in turn, told about the zone of high seismic danger, Turkmenistan is guided by world standards. A powerful industrial construction base has been created to provide seismic protection. Currently, a scientifically based approach and innovations in the construction sector are guaranteed protection against devastating earthquakes.
