Training on healthy lifestyles was provided for young people.

Within the framework of the project “Developing Volunteerism in Turkmenistan” of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, a working visit was organized to Lebap province from April 21 to 24, 2026, with the aim of exchanging experiences. The main goal of this meeting, conducted by the project coordinator, was to improve the knowledge of young volunteers and strengthen their social activity. During the visit, a training session on the topic “Healthy Lifestyles” was held for volunteers of the youth centers of the Kerki and Koytendag districts of Lebap province of the TGYMJ. During the training, the participants were provided with extensive information about the importance of hygiene rules, personal hygiene rules, the harm of carbonated and colored drinks to the human body, and their preventive measures. In addition, the importance of regular physical activity in improving health was emphasized. The training session was conducted not only with theoretical information, but also in a more effective and interesting way through various interactive games and group activities. Such activities play an important role in promoting healthy lifestyles among young people, increasing their social activity, and forming positive attitudes in society.
