“Sport is the guarantee of health” “My health is my main asset!”

Under the leadership of our esteemed President, large-scale work is being successfully implemented in our country to develop mass physical education and sports, to introduce healthy lifestyles in society, especially among the younger generation, and to educate and train physically strong, healthy, and spiritually strong young people. This testifies to the fact that, thanks to the efforts of our Hero Arkadag, who considers the health of the nation to be the main asset of the country, and our Hero Serdar from Arkadag, one of the main goals in our country is the health of the people, the growth of our younger generation with strong bodies and healthy spirits. Responding to such great paternal concerns, we, together with the representatives of the Turkmenbashi etrap branch of the Balkan province branch of the Red Crescent National Society of Turkmenistan, and the volunteers of the branch, held various events under the name “Sport is the guarantee of health” among students in kindergartens No. 1-2-6 of Turkmenbashi etrap, secondary schools No. 1-2-3-18, to provide necessary information on improving health, healthy nutrition, performing morning exercises, engaging in sports, and improving human health. These activities, which were held early in the morning, lifted the spirits of the children who participated in the event, and the volunteers also showed their skills, which further instilled a sense of high morale in the children who participated in the event. The children who showed their skills were given sweet gifts prepared by the volunteers of the Turkmenbashi district branch of the Red Crescent Society.
