Specialist in International Humanitarian Law of the Balkan region branch of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, held an event among military personnel. The event on International Humanitarian Law is aimed at instilling a culture of peace, humanitarian principles and international norms among young soldiers. The event was about the heritage of the world and humanitarian initiatives arising from the Battle of Salferino.

In the state policy pursued by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, International Humanitarian Law is not only a set of norms, but also an integral part of the country's neutral status and peace-loving foreign policy. At the end of the event, the soldiers who participated in the event wished our Dear Motherland prosperity in all respects.
