The candidate shall meet the following reuirements: 

- Higher education;

- At least 3 year of experience in the field;

- Good knowledge of written and spoken Turkmen and Russian; 

- Knowledge of English is preferable;

- Good PC skills: Word, Excel, Internet

- Ability to go to business trips
