        In order to assure strong health and longer lifetime of the people of our Independent and Permanently Neutral state, owing to the incommensurable efforts of our Esteemed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, houses of health, hospitals, sanatoriums, recreation and healthcare centers, diagnostic centers, “Ene myahri” centers (Maternal houses), rest homes equipped with the latest equipment, as well as parks with the gardens and various fountains were built all across the country. 
       In the Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State, physical training classes were fully improved. Within the recent years Winter sports complex, Water sports complex and Olympic sports complex were built and commissioned in full compliance with the world standards. Ashgabat turns into a center of various international and regional sports competitions. V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games to be held in 2017 is a very prestigious event for our country and it proves once again that our country considers sport to be a source of health, ambassador of international cooperation and friendship.
       Training of volunteers in Ashgabat and velayat branches of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan to take part in the V Asian Games, which is a fruit of farsighted and wise policy of our Hero Arkadag are in full swing. The Center performs the selection of volunteers in accordance with their progress and results achieved during activities and competitions of the executive committee. As a result of identification of the level of the volunteers in accordance with their final results, the list of the recommended volunteers is being set up.
      Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State, under the leadership of the Esteemed President, who is very much concerned of the health of the nation, large-scale activities on development of physical culture and sports, bringing up of healthy generation in our country are being implemented. Being guided by the wise words of our Esteemed President: “Our responsibility and primary task consists of encouragement and development of sports and Olympic movements, active involvement of youth, fostering in Turkmen people love to physical culture from the childhood, forming of the labor habits, promotion of the principles of healthy living, values that set up the basis of diligence and creativity”, health promotion activities, their implementation into society, getting people involved in physical trainings and mass sports activities, bringing up of young generation in the spirit of respect to sports and honest labor are acquiring mass scales.
