Information system is one of the priority areas in the work of the National Red Crescent society of Turkmenistan. Its five objectives are to provide the public with complete information about the Red Cross Movement and the society s affairs, to increase its reputation, to increase its cooperation with other organizations and external services, to deliver information about the work of the Red Crescent, first of all, to the vulnerable  populations and to those who are most likely to be devastated by extraordinary circumstances and natural disasters, is to notify the appropriate authorities for assistance. The volunteer movement is the backbone of the Red Cross movement. The volunteers are the main driving force behind the Red Crescent of Turkmenistan. At present, there are social trends in the populated areas of our country. Hundreds of people will work hard in the provinces, districts, villages and they will willingly spend their time and effort for the people with the small income.
