The Red Crescent held meetings in the districts of Lebap to promote healthy lifestyles.

The representative of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan in Chardzhau, Danew, Darganata and Farap districts held meetings with doctors in Danew, Chardzhau and Darganata districts, Seydi city, Gargashlyk village, and Lebap Psychiatric Hospitals.

At the meetings, the local representative and healthcare workers discussed measures to combat tuberculosis and exchanged views on the importance of these measures among the population. As noted, freeing society from this disease is the result of joint efforts. The speakers also noted that much work has been done in our country to combat the occurrence and spread of tuberculosis under the leadership of our esteemed President.During the meetings, the local representative of the society distributed manuals on combating tuberculosis. The parties exchanged views on plans for further joint work on this important issue.
