20.02.23: Humanity has no control over the nature

Humanity has no control over the nature. Natural disasters always create emergencies and take away people’s lives, no matter how prepared the society thinks it is. It should be noted that the most destructive catastrophe is earthquake. It comes unexpectedly, leaving behind only death and destruction. Turkey and Syria faced a great tragedy. Devastating earthquakes occurred in several regions of the countries, destroying infrastructures and ruining people’s lives. The misfortune brought indifferent people together. Countries have started sending humanitarian assistance in the affected regions of Turkey and Syria one after another. Our homeland Turkmenistan also didn’t stand aside in that difficult time for Turkey, and regularly sent the most necessary for the affected population. Balkan velayat’s branch of National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan contributed to sending of humanitarian aid as well. Employees and volunteers of the organization without sleep and rest were collecting benevolent help. In addition to bringing the most necessary (sanitary-hygienic sets, warm clothes and food), the local population was also actively involved into sorting and loading of humanitarian assistance. Only being united we can eliminate the consequences of the natural disaster!!!
