“A healthy life is the foundation of a happy future”: educational events were held in secondary schools in Dashoguz.

The Dashoguz regional branch of the TGYMJ held an educational meeting among students of secondary schools in Dashoguz on the occasion of the “Fight Against Smoking” Day. The main goal of the event was to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, explain the harm that tobacco products cause to human health, and prevent harmful habits. During the meeting, experts from the regional branch told the students in detail about the negative effects of smoking on the human body. In particular, information was shared about the harm that tobacco products cause to the respiratory system, the development of cardiovascular diseases, a decrease in immunity, and a person’s general health. Special attention was also paid to the impact that harmful habits can have on the future life of young people. During the event, speeches were made calling on students to follow a healthy lifestyle, play sports, and take a responsible approach to their health. The importance of spending free time usefully by young people was also discussed, and the importance of work being done to help them become literate, healthy, and patriotic individuals was noted.
