Cheers and health: festive exercises in Balkan province

On the occasion of World Health Day, employees of the Balkan region branch of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan held an inspiring festive exercise. The event was organized under the motto of promoting a healthy lifestyle and strengthening the unity of employees. Since early morning, the square in front of the branch building was filled with an atmosphere of enthusiasm and inspiration. The participants of the event showed in their own way that the path to longevity and effective work begins with simple but regular physical exercises. The program included a set of exercises for all muscle groups aimed at improving blood circulation and body shape. The exercises were performed under inspiring music and gave the participants a high mood throughout the working day. The event was attended by not only experienced employees of the society, but also young volunteers, who celebrated the continuity of the values ​​​​of the humanitarian organization. “Health is our main asset. Such events remind us of the importance of taking care of our health and inspire those around us to follow our example,” the organizers noted. The festive event ended with a short conversation about the importance of proper nutrition and adherence to the daily routine.
