I am Orazmetov Kuvvat, a volunteer of the Dashoguz velayat department of the NRCST. I have been a volunteer since 2013. Helping in turn, I improved my knowledge and skills.
We, the youth, are the helpers, the main support and future of the NRCST activities. We, the volunteers, taking an active part in programs to promote healthy lifestyles, teach our peers and students in schools the basics of first aid, health education, environmental protection, humanitarian assistance, and participate in activities to prepare for response to emergencies and natural disasters.
    This year I had the opportunity to enter a higher educational institution in Turkmenistan. I will continue to work for involving young people in volunteering. I would like to assure you that in the future I will do my best to become a competent, conscientious and useful specialist for my country.
