On August 4, 2026, Ya. Yoldashov, the Kerki District representative of the Lebap Provincial Branch of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, conducted an outreach event titled "The Significance of the People's Council of Turkmenistan in the New Stage of Development" in the Dashlyk *Gengeshlik* (local administrative unit) of Kerki District, with the participation of local workers.

An engaging dialogue took place regarding the significance of the People's Council—held in anticipation of the upcoming holiday—and how proposals and decisions serving the public interest are reviewed and analyzed with the support of the general population.     

During the event, a comprehensive and engaging presentation was given regarding the Society's activities. Discussions also covered the sanctity of the family, the adverse effects of climate change on human health, and the fundamental value of human well-being.

    At the conclusion of the event, participants expressed their best wishes for the health and continued success of our esteemed Arkadag and our Arkadagly Serdar, who ensure that the Turkmen people live a prosperous and peaceful life.
