The main purpose of the seminars was to teach basic first aid skills that can save lives before medical services arrive. The participants learned how to act correctly in case of loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest, bleeding, fractures and other emergency situations. The classes included both theoretical part and practical exercises on dummies and simulation equipment.
The organizers note the high interest from the public and emphasize the importance of holding such events regularly. According to the volunteers, knowing the basics of first aid is not just a useful skill, but everyone's civic responsibility.
The volunteers plan to expand the seminar program and conduct additional trainings for schoolchildren and students.
