Representatives of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan took part in the Meeting of Leaders of the National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies of the CIS Member States, held in Saint Petersburg. The international forum, hosted at the Tauride Palace, brought together leaders and experts from humanitarian organizations to strengthen regional cooperation, exchange best practices, and define key priorities. During the working sessions, participants discussed coordination in emergency response, the development of volunteer movements, the integration of digital technologies into humanitarian programs, as well as essential aspects of healthcare and social support for the population. The participation of the Turkmen delegation highlights the active role of the National Society in strengthening humanitarian dialogue across the CIS region and contributes to the further expansion of partnerships for addressing shared goals effectively.
