A fire and rescue sport competition among teenagers vacationing in the Gökdere camps was held at the children’s health center Beýik Serdar nesilleri. Fourteen teams took part in the event, demonstrating their skills across five stages.

The young participants overcame obstacle courses, worked with water sprinklers, competed in a relay involving throwing balls at targets, demonstrated how to use fire extinguishers, and explained the rules for extinguishing a simulated fire.

Based on the results of the competition, the team from the children’s health center Ýaşlyk took first place. Second and third places went to the teams from Beýik Serdar nesilleri and Altyn damja centers, respectively. The winners were awarded diplomas, certificates of honor, and commemorative gifts.

The event, aimed at the all-round development of teenagers and fostering practical life skills, was organized by the Fire Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization, the National Trade Union Center, the Volunteer Fire Society, the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, the Fire and Rescue Sport Federation, and the public organization Young Naturalist.

The Beýik Serdar nesilleri children’s health center hosts 325 children per season, offering comfortable accommodations, full nutrition, and a rich program of cultural and wellness activities.
